Hi,I have just switched my Gas & Electricity to your Winter 12 mothly fix tarrif supplies started 10th & 14th November 2012,However today I received a letter saying I could fix my energy rates for two winters, which I would like to do please, I have tried to do this by telephone but no reply via your freephone Number.I have a reference Number M026R on my letter.
